October 25 "Blinded By Light" Acts 22, 23

When the blood of the martyr Stephen was shed, Paul was there side-by-side.
His eyes blinded by the darkness.  Acts 22:20
Soon, his eyes would be blinded by the light.

We do not have to live where we are.   Blind eyes.
God can enlarge our steps.
When all looks gray,
Can we trust in the Light we have?

Depart:  I will send you far.  Acts 22:21
This metaphor twists and turns.

Our eyes have been opened.
And they can be opened one more time this day.
Again and Again and Again.

COME BOLDLY:  Timeless Prayers
Father, enlarge our hearts to possess more of You.  Would You shine your Light into those places in our soul where the light does not reach.  Lord Have Mercy!
